ILVE Promotion Terms and Conditions for: i) NT Series Cooker Bonus ii) HNF Series Cooker Bonus 1. This page contains Information on how to redeem ILVE promotional offers and form a part of these terms and conditions. 2. Offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. 3. Delivery will be made only within Australia. 4. The promotion is valid for ILVE branded products only, purchased from an authorised ILVE dealer displaying advertising for the promotion in store during the promotional period. 5. This offer applies to eligible private retail buyers of new ILVE NT Series or HNF Series appliance during the promotional period. The offer strictly excludes; display stock, factory second & T2 stock, carton damaged, project and commercial. 6. Eligible Customer’s must purchase ILVE branded Appliances during the following Promotion Period: Start: 8:00am 1st March 2020 Ends: 6:00pm 30 April 2020 or whilst stocks last 7. To be eligible to redeem the offer, the purchase must be made in one instance, of ILVE branded product only, and is applicable to all ILVE HNF Series Freestanding Cookers or NT Series Freestanding Cookers from an authorised ILVE dealer. The offer is limited to one redemption per purchase. Individual Promotional Offers Detailed: i) Purchase an ILVE HNF Series Cooker to receive one KGSEP001, A/095/36/10 & EA4053004030006 valued at $367 inc GST or ii) Purchase an ILVE NT Series Cooker to receive one KGSEP001, A/095/36/10 & EA4053004030006 valued at $367 inc GST inc GST 8. The promotion may end earlier should stocks of the offered products not be available and Eurolinx Pty Ltd reserves the right to change/substitute/replace the promotional products at any time during the promotional period with products to equal or higher value of the original products offered without notice. 9. “authorised ILVE dealer” excludes any online bidding or auction websites (i.e. www.ebay.com.au) or any unauthorised retailers. The Promoter recommends that prior to purchasing a Participating Product the customer verify that the retailer is authorised to participate in this Promotion 10. Redemption form should only be completed via this online form in full by the purchaser ONLY (the form can be emailed to the customer should you not be able to complete this online form) the products should be FULLY PAID AND RECEIPT DATED ON OR BEFORE 30th April 2020, verifying purchase, and a copy of the invoice itemising the purchase MUST be provided. Proof of purchase must clearly show qualifying products purchased, the purchase price and date of purchase. Eurolinx Pty Ltd recommends that you take a copy of the invoice & keep a copy of THIS redemption form before you post it to us as we will not be liable for any loss. 11. All transactions (i.e. payment in FULL to the retailer) and redemption forms must be fully completed by the customer and received by the promoter (Eurolinx Pty Ltd) by close of business (5:00pm) on 10th May 20120 to be eligible for the promotion. No redemptions will be processed after this date. 12. Once the offer has been redeemed there will be no refunds available on the purchased items. 13. Please allow 6-8 weeks from the date of receipt of the redemption form by the promoter (Eurolinx Pty Ltd) for delivery to redeemer’s nominated delivery address. Personal shoppers only. Offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. 16. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the offer with an alternative offer or product of equal or greater value. 17. The value of the product offered is at its suggested retail price. The promoter accepts no variation in the value of the offer. 18. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the redemption process or for submitting a claim, which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. 19.
